As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, guiding them through their financial journeys and ensuring they receive top-notch service. Respond to client inquiries about financial products and services via phone, email, or live chat. Educate clients on account details, transactions, and assist them in using online services efficiently. Address and resolve client concerns or direct them to the appropriate internal teams for resolution. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality with all client interactions. Continually aim to improve client satisfaction through exceptional service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy Proficient with computers, especially CRM software and MS Office Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k None required, but financial services certification (e.g., FINRA Series 7, 63) is beneficial.
