The marketing manager will coordinate and develop marketing policies, programs, and campaigns. This person will also work closely with our sales and management team on market segmentation, strategies, product marketing initiatives, and more. Client DetailsOur client is a manufacturer and distributor of valves, based in Rhode Island. They have been in business for over 100 years and sell into varying markets like construction, commercial, and more. DescriptionThe Marketing Manager will:
--- Conducts pricing research and analysis to ensure competitive product and service pricing.
--- Create and distributes materials related to sales, training, and marketing.
--- Gathers and analyzes information to identify new markets and customers, demand for products and services, and efficacy of existing marketing campaigns and strategies.
--- Conducts market research, market strategies, and strategic planning to maximize market positioning.
--- Supports outside sales teams with marketing information, product updates, and customer training programs.
--- Participates in new product development and branding initiatives.
--- Collaborates, participates in, and coordinates promotional activities and trade shows.
--- Report on marketing metrics.
--- Make travel arrangements for staff, including booking flights and hotel reservations.
--- Performs other duties as assigned.Profile
--- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or related field required.
--- At least 4 years of experience in a related field.
--- Experience with industrial products and/or services is desired but not required.
--- Manufacturing background a plus.- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
--- Ability to work independently functionally while partnering with other company functions.
--- Ability to create, implement, and monitor budgets.Job Offer$ 75,000 - $85,000 base salary
