A collaborative team-player that knows it takes a tactful, multi-dimensional approach in order to deliver world-class email experiences.What it is going to take.StrategyDesign and build analytic and reporting framework.Strategize cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing to translate business goals into quantifiable, out of this world email deliverables and campaigns.Collaboratively partner with sales and marketing to develop and implement strategies that improve email capture and open rate.Develop audience segmentation strategies and A/B testing roadmaps while monitoring metrics to identify opportunities for continuous campaign optimization.Day-to-DayPartner with copywriters and designers to create and modify existing HTML email templates using the latest mobile-friendly and responsive design techniques.Oversee all aspects of email campaigns including target audiences, content relevancy and accuracy, CTAs, landing pages and redirects, web personalization, and so on.Maintain complex email automation rules and triggers, personalized workflows, list segmentation, and the overall quality of health of email lists.Act as internal expert on digital marketing trends, best practices, and technology. StrengthsYou know all the right ways to capture an Email address.Love using behavioral analytics tools because retention is king.Know your way around email automation and content management systems.So good at HTML5 that you are already writing in HTML6.First-rate project management skills.An eye for detail with an inherent gift for design, copywriting, and copyediting.Collaborative, team-player who is a great listener and welcomes feedback.Degree or equivalent in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or similar.5+ years of hands on, successful experience in email marketing and e-commerce. Familiarity with pertinent automated / performance evaluation software related to email marketing.Solid understanding of mainstream email service providers and other related digital technologies.Highly organized with excellent project management skills.Highly creative with strong written communication skills.Ability to work within assigned deadlines and be able to prioritize projects as needed.
