Staff Accountant with Public Accounting Experience



We are looking for a full time skilled staff accountant with a minimum of 3 years of public accounting experience to play a key role on our growing team in our public accounting firm. Auditing experience is a plus. The ideal candidate is a strong team player, detail-oriented, has strong communication skills and is highly organized. Responsibilities:

--- Reconcile bank statements and prepare financial statements
--- Work on business and individual tax returns, audits, reviews and compilation engagements.

Qualifications:

--- Exceptional knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP)
--- Excellent time management, problem-solving, and communication skills
--- Experience with Excel, QuickBooks, and basic accounting systems
--- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting Required
